JPYC (Japanese-yen stablecoin) e-commerce payment plugin
One plugin for the store you already run. Buyers can pay in JPYC. Orders also arrive through AI.
JPYC checkout with no gas required from buyers. Sign once during first-time setup, then pay in one tap.
Just add the plugin to your e-commerce site, and JPYC becomes a payment option. AI can also find products, and the buyer confirms the total including shipping before paying. The order is created in your existing e-commerce store.
Set up once. Every purchase after that skips straight to confirmation.
Users connect a wallet and grant permission only during first-time setup. If setup is already complete, they go directly to the confirmation screen and can pay smoothly inside LINE's in-app browser.
- Open the payment link in Chrome or Safari, then continue to LINE.
- LINE's in-app browser checks whether setup is already complete.
- First-time users connect a wallet and confirm permission.
- Returning users automatically skip setup and proceed to the confirmation screen.
- Review the purchase or transfer details and continue to payment.
- After payment is complete, return to the online store or original flow.
You can also choose a Per-Purchase Confirmation flow (WalletConnect), where the wallet confirms each purchase. See E-commerce Plugins for details.
About Setup & Approval
During first-time setup, a wallet signature grants a pre-approval allowance with a limit of 330,000 JPY and a 365-day validity period. This allowance lets future payments skip repeated signatures. You are not charged 330,000 JPY when approving. Only the amount of each purchase or transfer is paid. You can revoke the approval and disconnect your wallet at any time from the unlink page. You can also revoke approval from your wallet's approval settings.
This pre-approval allowance is used to skip signatures for checkout in LINE's in-app browser. For AI agent purchases, the per-purchase spending limit is specified separately by the customer for each purchase.

E-commerce Plugins
Add a “Pay with JPYC” flow to your existing online store. uniple connects order information with JPYC payment and securely notifies the merchant store when payment is complete.
What the plugin enables
- Add JPYC checkout to online stores: Add JPYC as a payment option while keeping existing product pages and order flows.
- Support AI agent purchases: Connect product sync, shipping-inclusive quotes, a secure checkout page, and paid-order creation in one AI-assisted flow.
- Notify your store automatically: Review order IDs, amounts, networks, split results, and webhook notifications from the merchant dashboard.
- Choose from two checkout flows: In addition to the smooth One-Tap flow (first-time setup), merchants can choose a Per-Purchase Confirmation flow (WalletConnect) that does not create a prior approval allowance and confirms each purchase in the wallet.
x402 product sync lets AI agents search and quote online store products, then guide the buyer to a secure checkout page.
Supported plugins
- WooCommerce v0.1.12: Available on WordPress.org. Install it from WordPress admin under Plugins > Add New. Supports x402 product sync, shipping-inclusive quotes, and AI purchase availability controls.
- EC-CUBE 4 v0.1.11: Validated on EC-CUBE 4.3.x. Compatibility with other EC-CUBE 4 releases is assessed individually. Distributed individually after merchant application, with setup instructions and the plugin file provided.
- EC-CUBE 2 v0.1.10: For EC-CUBE 2.17.x. Distributed individually after merchant application.
- Shopify v0.1.3: A dedicated Custom app is issued for each approved merchant and is not published on the Shopify App Store. Its installation link is provided only for one store verified by its permanent .myshopify.com domain, or for explicitly verified stores in the same Shopify Plus organization.
EC-CUBE 2 / EC-CUBE 4 / Shopify integrations are distributed individually after merchant application. Using each plugin or app requires uniple merchant registration and issued API credentials.

Fees
Buyers do not pay gas; uniple covers it. The system usage fee is 1.0% of the received amount (tax included), and the transfer fee is 0.5 JPYC per incoming transfer (tax included). Up to 16 split recipients can be configured. For percentage splits, each recipient bears the fee. For fixed-amount splits, the owner wallet bears it in bulk.
Merchant operations
All payments are collected in the merchant dashboard, where you can review order IDs, payment status, fees, and split results at a glance. Payment results are automatically notified to the online store by webhook.
Merchant Application & Implementation Consultation
Merchants who want to adopt uniple checkout can submit their basic information through the merchant application form. After the application, we will confirm the target store, platform, and LINE integration details by email, then provide the API key, Webhook secret, and setup instructions.
For Shopify integrations, allow several business days after application while we prepare the app environment.
Shop at uniple-enabled stores from ChatGPT and Claude
TECHNICAL PREVIEW: Official ChatGPT and Claude directory reviews are in progress. The Hosted MCP is available through custom connections.
After adding uniple checkout, buyers can search and compare participating stores from ChatGPT or Claude and continue to a secure checkout page. Claude can reuse a confirmed saved delivery address for an in-chat shipping quote, while ChatGPT collects the address on the checkout page.
How plugins, Hosted MCP, and EC Agent fit together
uniple checkout provides three entry points: seller-side integration, buyer-side agent tooling, and a hands-on experience route.
- Seller side: E-commerce plugins add JPYC checkout plus product sync, quoting, and order integration required for AI agent purchases.
- Buyer side: Add uniple checkout to ChatGPT or Claude to search and compare products in conversation, then continue to a secure checkout page.
- Experience route: EC Agent lets you try the buyer-side experience directly in LINE's in-app browser.
Purchase Flow
AI handles search, quoting, and checkout-page creation. It never receives a private key or sends funds on its own.
- Add uniple checkout to ChatGPT or Claude.
- Search AI-published participating stores and compare product price, size, and seller.
- Claude quotes with a confirmed address in chat; ChatGPT collects the address on the checkout page before showing the shipping-inclusive total.
- In the AI-created uniple checkout, the buyer reviews the product, shipping, and total and pays in JPYC. Buyers who have completed setup approve in the LINE in-app browser; the per-purchase confirmation option uses a WalletConnect-compatible wallet.
- After payment, a paid order is created in the merchant store and reported by webhook.
How each AI handles delivery addresses
- Claude: When a saved address is available, it can be reused for a shipping-inclusive quote after user confirmation. uniple does not store Claude memory or conversations.
- ChatGPT: Open a purchase link with no address in the URL, then enter the delivery address and review the shipping-inclusive total on that page.
Prompt examples
- Find three coffees across all stores, ordered by product price.
- Quote two of the cheapest, including shipping. Confirm my delivery address first.
- Create a checkout page with this total.
Ordering by product price compares product prices only. Finding the lowest shipping-inclusive total requires a confirmed destination and a quote for each candidate.
EC Agent
EC Agent is a hands-on route for trying how purchases work on uniple-enabled online stores directly in LINE's in-app browser. First-time users start with the shared setup, while returning users continue from the purchase confirmation screen. Merchants evaluating adoption and people reviewing the Hosted MCP integration can use it to check the buyer-side experience.
For Creators
The same payment infrastructure used for e-commerce checkout also supports creator receiving flows: tips, sales mode, streaming overlays, receipt management, automatic splits, transaction details, and reports.
- Receive payments directly from QR codes or links.
- Automatically split received JPYC to collaborators, staff, tax wallets, and others using percentages and fixed JPYC amounts.
- Issue monthly transaction reports and system usage fee invoices.
How to Pay
uniple supports e-commerce checkout, store QR payments, and tipping flows. In e-commerce purchases, buyers confirm order details on the merchant online store, proceed to uniple checkout through the JPYC payment flow, approve with a wallet, and then return to the completion screen after the merchant is notified.
Use Cases
- AI agent purchases: Tell ChatGPT or Claude what you need, your conditions, and your budget. It searches supported stores, presents the shipping-inclusive total, and creates a checkout page. The buyer personally confirms payment, after which a paid order is created in the merchant store.
- E-commerce revenue splits: Split online store revenue across the store, suppliers, delivery partners, and tax wallets using percentages and fixed JPYC amounts, then review details and split results in the merchant dashboard.
- Automatically split restaurant sales: Split revenue from each bowl of ramen by percentage to noodle, meat, and vegetable suppliers, and by fixed amount to packaging or delivery fees.
- Game streams and team events: Automatically split tips from tournaments or collaboration streams among team members and guests by preset percentages.
- Tips for service staff: Let customers tip staff directly by scanning a QR code on a name tag.
- NPO and donation transparency: Manage donations by purpose-specific wallets and show supporters how funds are allocated.
FAQ / Legal information
Is first-time setup required?
No. The standard flow is the smooth One-Tap flow (setup only once), but merchants can also choose a Per-Purchase Confirmation flow (WalletConnect) where the wallet confirms each purchase. The merchant configures which flow to use.
Can I revoke the initial setup approval?
Yes. You can revoke the approval and disconnect your wallet at any time from the unlink page. You can also revoke approval from your wallet's approval settings. If you unlink, setup and approval will be required again next time.
Can an AI agent purchase products on its own?
No. AI handles product search, the shipping-inclusive quote, and checkout-page creation. The buyer personally reviews the details and total, then pays through LINE or WalletConnect.
Do buyers really pay no gas?
Yes. In uniple-supported payments, payers do not pay POL or KAIA gas.
Can blockchain transfers be canceled?
Transfers completed on-chain generally cannot be canceled. Please review the purchase details and payment destination before proceeding.
